What is triiyo?
triiyo is a standalone HR automation platform offering a safe, proactive space for people to be informed, supported and connected throughout all life stages and workplace transitions.
We take an employee-led approach to workplace connectivity by using communication flows to coach managers and create highly engaging employee experiences.
How does triiyo help me?
Life happens at work. However, workplace transitions can be unfamiliar and difficult to navigate on your own, particularly without the right guidance or support.
That’s why triiyo is here, to help you navigate through all key stages that occur during your career lifecycle from hire to retirement.
Focusing on human connection, our solution prioritises “the people experience” and in driving positive outcomes across diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, engagement, and retention.

Click on ‘Forgotten password’ and you will receive an email to your work email address (or alternate email if that is your primary email) that allows you to reset your password. Any issues logging in, please email admin@triiyo.com
What are Journeys?
Our Journeys are designed with human connection in mind, as it is at the heart of everything we do at triiyo.
Journeys are ready-made, automated and customised communication flows which guide both managers and employees based on the user’s personal timeline. We tailor content and reminders to support you before, during and after every workplace transition or life event.
Filled with practical information, timely reminders and regulatory advice you’re not only kept in the loop, but empowered throughout your entire Journey for an overall positive experience whilst ensuring that your employer is ticking all the right boxes!
What are Communities?
Finding the right support groups and networks whilst on leave is important. Our Communities enable like-minded individuals who may be experiencing similar Journeys and life events to share ideas and connect in a safe, confidential space.
Can I create a Community channel?
Yes, any employee can create a community channel and any employee can join a community.
Are communities moderated?
Yes, there are Company Administrators who have access to the Community channels, tag @admin to flag any issues.
Can I invite colleagues to use triiyo?
Yes, simply send them the company URL for triiyo so they can sign up directly.
What is Coaching?
triiyo has partnered with Hello Coach, an independent coaching marketplace for individual coaches across every discipline. You can search for a coach and engage them directly. Some organisations have opted out of this service, so it may not be available on some triiyo platforms.
How do I update my profile?
Edit your profile by clicking on ‘Your profile’ on the side navigation, click on ‘Edit profile’.
Here you can edit your:
Profile picture
Name
Email
Mobile Number
Topics of interest
What if I leave my employer, what happens to my account?
Your account with your previous employer will be discontinued with that company. If you wish to continue to access a triiyo platform, please contact support@triiyo.com and we will discuss your options with you.
What if I can’t access my work email or intranet whilst I’m on leave?
If you don’t have access to your work email or intranet whilst on leave, that’s no problem! As triiyo is an external, standalone platform you can access and communicate with colleagues on the triiyo platform even whilst on leave, anywhere and anytime. To continue to receive communication on a journey, ensure you have updated your profile with your personal email address.
